    Hi, My name is Brendon. I am the Fusionary cook, content creator and the writer behind this blog. My mission is to break the boundaries of traditional cooking and stir the melting pot, by introducing you to fusion dishes that have no limits.

    Brendon | The Fusionary Cook

    I moved to Canada in 2017 and currently live in Toronto with my wife Melissa, who manages all social media, photography and the entire blog for The Fusionary Cook. My wife is my first priority, and feeding her delicious tasty food is my main hobby.

    In 2023, I launched The Fusionary Cook with a visionary dream to create fusion food. Now that you know where the name came from, let's dive into what I love doing. I was inspired to create a blog based on my love for exploring cuisines that span the globe, and challenge myself by making something out of my comfort zone. The Fusionary Cook blog is a place called home, where I showcase my recipes for everyone to try out.

    Deep Dive!

    I was born and raised in Mumbai, India. As a kid, I was very naughty and kept getting into trouble. After turning nine, my focus shifted and I started helping my mom in the kitchen. I started off as an apprentice in my mom’s kitchen and slowly worked my way up, learning and exploring with food.  

    Cooking has always been my passion and I never thought of making it a career. The idea of starting a blog came across my mind in 2018 but was actually created in 2023, with a little motivation and huge support from Melissa.

    The Fusionary Cook welcomes you on this culinary journey to celebrate food! 

    Meet Melissa

    Melissa | The Fusionary Cook

    Melissa is the manager/designer behind The Fusionary Cook, looking after social media, photography and regular functioning of the blog. She has been the official taste tester for The Fusionary Cook from Day 1. Melissa is currently settled in Canada with her husband Brendon. You will mostly see her in videos trying out the food. She is also the last line of defense to give that A-okay for every dish.
