Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and dry the Brussels Sprouts. Trim off the extra stem, cut them in half and place it in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric and cumin powder. Pour the mixture over Brussels Sprouts and mix well until evenly coated with the spices.
Spread the Brussels Sprouts in a single layer over a baking dish with the flat side facing down. Sprinkle over salt and parmesan cheese, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and the edges turn crispy.
Once done, remove from the oven and serve with a mint chutney dip or sprinkle over some chopped cilantro.
