Another Salsa Recipe for Taco Tuesday…. What?

The tomatoes can be fire-roasted, grilled or simply thrown under a broiler. This brings out the best flavor adding a touch of smokiness and sweetness to the salsa. Remember to choose Roma tomatoes over others for best results.

Spiciness can be adjusted by adding or removing jalapeños. Cilantro adds a bright and fresh note to the salsa while lime adds slight acidity and brings out the tanginess in the tomatoes.

Although jarred salsa can be a quick alternative, it's packed with preservatives and the taste can be mundane. Whereas, your very own homemade Roasted tomato salsa is loaded with goodness, made with love, and as good as a restaurant-style salsa.

This recipe is perfect for a regular party or pot-luck taco night and will surely become your favorite salsa recipe. Salsa isn’t just for chips, you can use it in burritos, tacos and quesadillas or get creative and add it as a topping for grilled meats. You can also try our Corn Pico de Galo recipe.
